Whether he is bringing great comedy or he is cutting a passionate and serious promo, Edge has always been a fantastic talker. He knows how to get the job done and make people interested in whatever he is doing, which is a credit to Edge and his ability to tell stories.

It's something he has always excelled at throughout his career, with Edge always knowing how to get an audience hooked. He puts a great deal of focus into the promo aspect of his career, which makes sense with his acting career as well, which has led to him delivering some epic quotes at points.
10 "The John Cena Wall Of Crap."
Edge's feud with John Cena was one of the greatest in his career, and the moment that he visited John's father's house was a tremendous one. The whole segment was hilarious, and the slap he delivered added some incredible heat to the storyline.
This moment came when Edge was at his most arrogant, and that was never clearer than this segment. Hearing him call out the memorabilia from Cena's career as a 'wall of crap' was something that just suited his personality perfectly, and led to a great moment.
9 "Michael Cole Is Still A Massive Tool."
During the days of the Raw Anonymous General Manager, Edge quickly became the biggest rival of the computer. This led to him having plenty of moments with Michael Cole, including a hilarious segment at the Slammy Awards.
Edge was receiving an award for his breakdown when he destroyed the laptop, but he wanted to finish off the segment in style. He did that by calling Michael Cole a tool, which left everyone laughing. It was hard to disagree with his assessment at the time.

Edge's run to WrestleMania 37 was a fantastic one that saw a lot of fantastic promos, but few were better than when he simply sat down on a chair and spoke his feelings. With Edge pushing the idea that he was disrespected, the Rated R Superstar made his points brilliantly.

Demanding respect from both Daniel Bryan and Edge no matter what, was an epic moment and one that really worked fantastically in terms of building excitement for the match itself.

Edge is quite an underrated and forgotten former King of the Ring winner. However, this victory was a tremendous moment for him and his rise as a singles star, and it showcased his comedic chops in the post-victory promo.
At this point, Edge was still in his comedic phase with Christian and that was clear with this promo. He wasted little time announcing himself to audiences, telling the world the era of awesomeness was beginning, kicked off his reign perfectly.
6 "If You Asked Me If I'd Do It Again? In A Heartbeat."
While Edge has now thankfully been able to make his return to wrestling, for the longest time fans thought that his career was over. Edge's retirement came out of nowhere and it was a truly upsetting moment for fans.

His speech was an emotional one that people were truly sad about as they watched. However, the fact that he wrapped it up by saying he would do it all again was a perfect way to wrap things up as he held back tears.

Edge's retirement speech was an emotional moment, but when he returned it was an equally fantastic segment. Edge came back at the Royal Rumble, and the next night on Raw he addressed how that was possible.
He revealed that he had asked himself, "what if?" He spoke about coming home to WWE and that was enough to get the fans going crazy for him, which is something he had truly earned. There was no scripting here, it was just one man speaking from his heart.

Edge and Christian are one of the greatest tag teams of all time, and while their in-ring work was always great, it was their personalities that really helped to push who they were.
The classic five-second poses were amongst the best things that the duo ever did. It was always hilarious to see, whether they were pushing themselves as heels or as babyfaces, and this classic line is the one that would always come before it. Fans remember it fondly even today.

Edge was always a fantastic World Heavyweight Champion, with this being a title that he took very seriously. After he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, the next time he was able to cut a promo he made sure it was an impactful one.

The storyline between Edge and Matt Hardy was one of the greatest of all time, mainly because it was real. Everything the two men said to each other during this period was from the heart and that really helped to make this so easy to invest in.
When Matt was re-hired by WWE, Edge and Lita had a backstage interview with Jim Ross asking questions which is when Edge brought up this fantastic one-liner. It encapsulated his character so perfectly, and added to his already nuclear levels of heat.

The Rated-R Superstar is a nickname that has stuck with Edge throughout his career, and a lot of that came from when he brought in his own title. As WWE Champion, Edge decided to make his mark by introducing his version of the spinner belt.
