He was instrumental in WWE's eventual overcoming of the onslaught brought on by WCW's in the late 1990's. His association with WWE, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Degeneration X put WWE in the main pages of every news media outlet in the country and his appearance at WrestleMania XIV was a huge success for the company. His name is Mike Tyson and he was once known as the "Baddest Man on the Planet". He might now be known as the man who wants to return to WWE.
"I'm always willing to come back," he said in an interview with WWE presenter Cathy Kelley at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. "I love the WWE."
This is great news for WWE should they ever want a marketable name and famous face to round out a show or big-time pay-per-view. Is this interview a hint that he might be returning soon? Probably not. That said, with the success being generated by Ronda Rousey coming into WWE and potentially headlining WrestleMania 34, WWE should never rule out an appearance by Tyson who could make a small run in the right storyline or simply return for a special appearance or two under the right circumstances.

Thanks to his age and retirement from boxing in 2005, it might be difficult to envision Tyson as much of a threat in a long-term battle with any single current WWE Superstar, but that doesn't mean there isn't something available that would also be entertaining for fans.
Maybe Tyson comes out and calls out Dolph Ziggler for continuing to call himself the best and not backing it up. After all, Tyson knows something about being the best. Maybe Tyson acts as a part-time GM for SmackDown Live in the absences of Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon. Who knows but seeing Rousey and Tyson in the same ring working a segment might be magic.
Tyson is a huge wrestling fan and if you asked, he'd probably be willing to help out WWE any time they called.
