"Shane-O-Mac" has a unique history of in-ring performances. Although he is not a technical master he is able to entertain and amaze the fans on various occasions. Some of those moments include his Hell In A Cell encounter against The Undertaker and his Street Fights against his father Vince and Kurt Angle.

In between the aforementioned memorable matches, Shane McMahon has had quite a few duds; he has probably had more duds than good matches. A Shane match at one point meant something jaw-dropping was going to happen but some matches were more toned down and/or forgotten.
10 Shane McMahon, Daniel Bryan, Rowan & Elias Vs. The Usos & Roman Reigns
The May 14, 2019, episode of SmackDown took place in the United Kingdom and featured a seven-man handicap match. In one corner was Roman Reigns with his cousins Jimmy and Jey Uso; in the other corner was Shane McMahon, Elias, and the SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan.
The match was to help hype that Sunday's Money In The Bank PPV with all the competitors having matches against each other at the event; absent was Shane's PPV opponent The Miz. Shane won the handicap match for his team following a Coast-to-Coast on Jey Uso.
9 Shane McMahon Vs. Dolph Ziggler
This was the match that dubbed Shane McMahon "The Best in the World" at the Crown Jewel event on November 2, 2018; this was WWE's second event in their 10-year partnership with Saudi Arabia. On the show, WWE held an eight-man World Cup.
After six matches, the finals came down to The Miz and Dolph Ziggler. Due to an "injury", The Miz was unable to compete. Shane, who at the time was forming a tag team with Miz and was not in the tournament, came out to check on his partner and subsequently took his place in the finals. Shane pinned Ziggler following a Coast-to-Coast.
8 Shane McMahon Vs. Ted DiBiase Jr., Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton
Shane's final match during his first run in WWE occurred on the May 4, 2009, episode of Raw. In the main event, Shane was faced with a rough challenge when he was booked in a three-on-one handicap match against Randy Orton, whom he had been feuding with throughout the first half of 2009, along with Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes.

Earlier in the night to open the show, Shane and Orton did have a match that went to a no-contest, as did their main event. Despite putting up a fight, Shane could not overcome the numbers game and took an assault to his legs to write him off television.
7 Shane McMahon Vs. Cody Rhodes
Older fans may happily remember episodes of Superstars of Wrestling during the '80s and '90s. To not the same capacity, WWE introduced Superstars on April 16, 2009. Superstars became a supplementary/preliminary show, but its premiere had some hype.
The first-ever match ever on Superstars saw Matt Hardy losing to The Undertaker by count-out. The first main event on Superstars was between Shane McMahon and Cody Rhodes. Shane lost by disqualification after hitting Cody with a chair, but he made the fans happy by connecting with a Coast-to-Coast. Superstars ended in November of 2016.
6 Shane McMahon, The Great Khali & Umaga Vs. Bobby Lashley & John Cena
The main event for the May 28, 2007, episode of Raw was a handicap match pitting the WWE Champion John Cena along with Bobby Lashley against The Great Khali, Umaga and Shane McMahon. Five days later was Saturday Night's Main Event and the following night was Extreme Rules 2007 where all handicap match opponents were fighting each other.

Before the match in the locker room, Shane told Khali and Umaga that they were to do the dirty work and Shane was to score the pin. The Great Khali laid out Lashley and tagged in Shane who connected with his Leap of Faith elbow drop finisher to score the pin.
5 Shane McMahon, Umaga & Mr. McMahon Vs. Rob Van Dam
Only one time did Shane McMahon enter "the land of extreme" and that was on May 8, 2007. Shane wrestled his lone match on ECW that night and the match involved the ECW World Championship which at the time was held by his father Vince. In the main event, Mr. McMahon defended his title against Rob Van Dam.
In theory, Vince vs RVD for the ECW World Championship would be an intriguing watch but this was a handicap title match with Mr. McMahon having Shane and Umaga on his side. Following the Samoan Spike, Umaga tagged in Vince who attempted to roll up Van Dam for the pin but eventually figured it out to score the win.
4 Shane McMahon Vs. Bobby Lashley
For redemption of his father being shaved bald at WrestleMania 23 thanks to Bobby Lashley, Shane McMahon put his own hair on the line on the April 9, 2007, episode of Raw in a match against Lashley for Bobby's ECW World Championship. This Hair vs Title match was the main event for the show.
Shane purposely punched the referee to get him intentionally disqualified which meant Bobby got to shave Shane's hair. Instead, Umaga came to the ring with Vince McMahon to brutalize and bloody Lashley to end the show. Technically, Shane has yet to own up to the stipulation.
3 Shane McMahon & Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley Vs. The Big Show & Lita
After a slap to commissioner Mick Foley in the opening segment of the July 24, 2000, episode of Raw, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was booked in a match by Foley in which she was to team with her brother Shane for the first (and only) time in a tag match against opponents of Mick's choosing.
The first opponent was Lita who was on a mission to win the Women's Championship from Stephanie. The second opponent was The Big Show who was returning after a loss to Shane at Judgment Day a few months prior. The match ended in a no-contest after Shane ran from Big Show right away and Trish Stratus ran in to attack Lita.
2 Shane McMahon Vs. Triple H Vs. The Rock
Shane McMahon's first-ever shot at the WWE Championship came on May 6, 2000, at the U.K. exclusive Insurrextion PPV; at the time the only way North American fans were able to see the event was to buy it on home video. The night's main event was a Triple Threat match with The Rock defending his WWE Championship against Shane and Triple H.
Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was in Triple H's corner and Mr. McMahon was in Shane's corner. Shane's strategy in the match was to let Rock and Triple H wear each other out while picking his spots. The match had fun moments and ended with Rock taking out Mr. McMahon and Triple H followed by a People's Elbow on Shane to win and retain.
1 Shane McMahon Vs. Mankind
Filmed on December 15, 1998, Shane McMahon's very first televised wrestling match aired on the December 21, 1998, episode of Raw. For the night, Shane was put in charge as Mr. McMahon was "away" training for his upcoming appearance in the 1999 Royal Rumble match. The authority may have gotten to his head as Shane challenged Mankind to a match that night.
Mr. McMahon ordered his "cronies" Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco to accompany his son and warned them that they were responsible for anything that happened to Shane. Mankind won by disqualification after Shane hit Mankind with a steel chair. Following the match, Shane received a visit from Mr. Socko and a Broncobuster from X-Pac.
