One of WWE's big feuds last summer involved Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins, with the latter still working as a heel. Their rivalry got very personal, with Rollins attacking Riddle over his real life issues and divorce. That rivalry once didn't just exist on Raw, but in real life as well, after Riddle's then wife shared an insenstive post on Instagram. In it, Lisa Riddle posted a picture of Rollins' wife, Becky Lynch, and spoke about WWE "divas" being "straight skinny jiggly fat."
Naturally, Rollins took offense to his wife being insulted in such a public forum for no reason. In 2020, during a WWE Draft watch along, Rollins said, “I've got no interest in facing Matt Riddle at any point in my career, so he can go to Raw as far as I'm concerned.” Later in the year, at Survivor Series, Seth Rollins wouldn't even look at Middle Riddle. To Riddle's credit, he spoke publicly about how what his wife said was wrong.

Seth Rollins & Matt Riddle Have Made Amends
Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins made the best out of a bad situation, with the two having a stellar feud throughout last summer on Raw. However, in a recent interview with Logan Paul for his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Rollins said that all is now good between him and Riddle. “What about him? Well, his wife did [leave him]. I don’t think there’s such a thing as too far. You remember it, and we’re talking about months later, so that’s what I’m talking about the moments, man. That’s it. We had a bit of real-life beef if you will. I had a bit of an issue with him. So you kind of got to see that play out on live television a little bit, so we worked it to our favor because now we have a moment that’s viral and something you remember that affected you, so, win win win I would say. Fine, totally good. I’m a professional. We can work together, things that happened outside of here, that is what it is. He apologized, and we mended fences, and I’m all about, like, I don’t write anybody off, I’m not one of those guys that’s like ‘no second chances, you do wrong by me, I hate you forever,’ like I’m not that stubborn, it’s not that serious unless you do some real nasty things. Everybody makes mistakes, and I’m big on forgiveness and second chances. I’ll forgive, not always forget and move forward. The fact that the two are both part of the same brand still, as Matt Riddle was brought over from SmackDown to Raw in the latest WWE draft, shows that the two superstars have put their differences aside.
