Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry has ranked the Philadelphia 76ers' Wells Fargo Center as the best away stadium in the NBA... because of their popcorn.

Curry is apparently a huge popcorn lover and revealed quite the surprising fact in an interview with SLAM Magazine, telling the publication that he ranks NBA arenas based on their popcorn.

A bit strange, but the sharpshooter claims it keeps him entertained; and to each his own, right?

Curry takes several variables into consideration too. The point guard pays attention to factors such as freshness, salt and butter content, as well as the presentation. And he teased that he might publish his rankings, something he says changes every season.

As things stand, the current term belongs to the 76ers, while the Brooklyn Nets are in behind at No.2.

“It kind of keeps me entertained throughout the season, I rank all the road arenas based on their popcorn," Curry said.

"Freshness, saltiness, butter, and overall kind of presentation – that’s my criteria. I might need to publish my rankings. Philadelphia is No. 1, I believe, and then Brooklyn might be No. 2. But it’s like power rankings for the year, they change every year."

Not the kind of praise Brett Brown and the Sixers are after this season, but they will hope that the three-time NBA champion will be eating their popcorn and no one else's during the NBA Finals.

What This Means

Curry seems to take his food very seriously and that shouldn't even be a surprise as he shares a name with a very popular dish.

As for those rankings, we are counting on him publishing them at the end of the season.

Don't let us down, Steph.
