Rumors also suggest that WWE wants Alexa Bliss back for the Night of Champions PLE and hence she might be returning to TV as soon as after Backlash. With the reports of their returns nearly coinciding, fans are left to wonder if they'll reignite their dark romance on TV. But many do not think it's a good idea.
Firstly, it's important to note that WWE has already attempted to reunite Bliss and Wyatt on two separate occasions, and both attempts were met with lackluster results. The first time, Wyatt left WWE in the middle of their storyline, and the second time, their story was haphazard and confusing, leading nowhere. It's clear that WWE has struggled to find a cohesive and satisfying way to incorporate the two characters on-screen together.

Alexa Bliss' recent actions outside WWE, such as breaking kayfabe on social media constantly and giving singing performances on TV shows like TheMasked Singer and That's My Jam have made it increasingly difficult for fans to fully believe in her dark character on WWE TV. It's best if she returns as her original bratty character instead of a supernatural one with Wyatt.
Moreover, fans know that both Bray and Alexa are married to different people in real life. Selling them as lovers is really hard for WWE as both stars have posted pictures with their partners and family. Their reunion for a third time might spell doom for their characters upon their return.
